Event organisation

Event organisers can fully or partially delegate the organisation of their event to our multilingual team that is in regular contact with service providers in the Lausanne and Montreux area.
Being it a regional, national or international event of at least 150 participants, our team provides a large number of services.
From sport forums, over educational conferences, to scientific congresses, there is (almost) no limit in terms of variety of events we organize!

Registration management including handling of the registration fees for o face-to-face events, hybrid events, virtual events

Accommodation management (creation of a dedicated booking platform and managing room allotments)

Social activity proposals & costings

Abstract handling (submission, grading, final paper)

During the event:

Welcome desk at the event (including accreditation management)

Social activity coordination (onsite management)

After the event:

Touristic post-event excursions
