From 6 to 8 May 2026, Switzerland will host for the very first time the International Congress of the Centre for Research, Study, Protection, Representation and Enhancement of Mountain Viticulture (CERVIM), taking place in Montreux.
A global gathering dedicated to mountain viticulture and so-called “heroic viticulture”, at the crossroads of heritage, innovation, and sustainability.
